Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with your order details and clear photos or videos of the issue. Because our products are handmade and produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or normal variations in colour, texture, or finishing. Once an approved return is reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
